"Looked better than I figured it would"
I’ll be honest, I kind of assumed ordering a diamond online might be a little risky, but this one from Robbins Brothers looked even better once I saw it in person. The sparkle was really clean, and right away I felt like the cut was nicer than I expected.
My fiance noticed it pretty much immediately too, which made me think I wasn’t just being overly excited. I didn’t see any cloudy spots or obvious flaws, so I’m really happy with how it turned out.

"Ring fits good now"
I took my ring in to get resized and also had them fix a small little issue on it. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, not gonna lie, but the people there were nice and kept things straightforward. When I got it back, the ring fit good and the repair looked fine, so I’m happy enough with how it turned out.

"Salesperson didn't seem too sure"
I might be wrong, but the salesperson didn’t really seem to know much about what I was asking. I left feeling a little unsure because they didn’t seem very confident with the information.

"Financing was alright, but not great"
The financing did help me out, for sure. Just wish the rates had been a little better. Felt a bit high to me.

"Found the right ring faster than I expected"
I hopped on Robbins Brothers just to get a feel for engagement rings, i quickly had a good feeling about it. They had way more styles than I expected, but the filters helped me narrow things down without overthinking it. I found one that just felt like her, and she ended up loving it. The whole process was surprisingly easy and didn’t turn into a stressful rabbit hole...

"Customer service was okay, but follow-up could be better"
My experience with Robbins Brothers customer service was kind of mixed. The first person I spoke with was friendly and seemed like they wanted to help, so that made the interaction start off on a decent note.
The issue was that I had to call back twice before I got a clear answer about my order. Because the follow-up wasn’t very quick or organized, the whole thing felt more frustrating than it needed to be.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected. The people were nice, but better communication would have made a big difference

"Nice rings, but I couldn't justify the price"
The rings were really and seemed well made, but the prices felt a bit too high for me. I don’t mind spending a little more for something nice, but in this case I just couldn’t justify it for what I was looking for.

"A bit frustrating to order online"
I wasn’t in the best mood when I placed the order, and the website definitely didn’t help. It was slow, and checkout got more confusing than I expected. The delivery updates also came later than I would’ve liked, so overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience

"Decent follow-up, even if I had an issue"
I was a little frustrated that my ring had a problem in the first place, but they handled it quickly and without making it a hassle. Not a perfect experience, but I did appreciate the help after the sale.

"Warranty plan didn’t really do much for me"
I thought the protection plan would be more useful, but it barely helped when I actually needed it. The process wasn’t terrible or anything, and the people I talked to were fine, but in the end I still felt like I didn’t get much out of paying for it. Kind of disappointing, though I guess it could’ve been worse.

"Pretty ring, but the service threw me off"
I got a ring from Robbins Brothers my first reaction was like, okay the ring is nice, but why was the rest of this such a hassle? The shipping updates were really slow, and I ended up having to call twice just to get a straight answer. The staff was polite, so it wasn’t a bad interaction exactly, but they didn’t seem that helpful either. For the price, I definitely expected things to feel smoother.

"I really liked how many customization options there..."
I really liked how many customization options there were. I’ll admit, I spent a little too long going back and forth like, “Do I want this one... or maybe that one?” But that was part of the fun. Once I finally decided, I was happy with how it turned out.
